Senate Bill No. 2699 Civil Service Housing Program of 2011
The bill aims to deliver one of the most basic commodities, which is shelter, to government employees by establishing a national housing program. It seeks to create a “one-stop shop” for the housing needs of the government employees to address housing backlog and bureaucratic delays in the implementation of housing programs.
